These are great on the fingers, especially if you're doing a big production/piece, at the end you won't get that numb skin break feeling, they're a nice solid line and a nice crisp fill with almost no overspray.. Can't ask for more.
the only thing i can think of that makes a flared circle(hollow spot)
and then thin line, would be a new york fat. you just flare it, and then drag the line fast and close as possible to get super thin lines
