Art Primo Hit-N-Go 30mm Wide Empty Marker   by GASP23 -  A Top 100 Reviewer! (Read all my Reviews) 08/26/2019
Art Primo Hit-N-Go 30mm Wide Empty Marker I used this marker with OTR flowpen ink.

I was totally satisfied. Using a really wide nib like this takes some practice, as it is easy to end up not getting a full width stroke if you don't put pressure evenly across the nib. With flowpen ink, the marker never streaks. Unfortunately, I can't speak for its performance with thicker inks.

the bottom fill cap is very convenient and saves a lot of mess.

Art Primo Hit-N-Go 8mm Empty Marker    by GASP23 -  A Top 100 Reviewer! (Read all my Reviews) 08/26/2019
Art Primo Hit-N-Go 8mm Empty Marker Great marker. It's functionally got two great sizes, ~3mm and ~8mm, and can be flared a bit bigger. Both are great for slaps and blackbook/canvas.

The nib is very soft, softer than the standard 15mm nib material. I think this is one of the marker's greatest strengths, helping it break in nicely and avoid streakiness.

I have used them with OTR soultip paint and with magic ink white. Both work great in this marker. I'm confident that anything runnier would also work perfectly.

Art Primo 2oz Mop - Empty   by GASP23 -  A Top 100 Reviewer! (Read all my Reviews) 08/26/2019
Art Primo 2oz Mop - Empty This is a great product, and I consider art primo's line of mops to be the gold standard.

It can be squeezed to crazy drips or carefully used for clean lines and everything in between. The tip is fairly durable, but not invincible. Choose your spots carefully or you'll be swapping nibs often. However, hitting a rough spot is not an instant death sentence.

I mostly use them with OTR soultip paint, sometimes mixed with OTR flowpen ink.

I'm a fan of both this shape and the drip mop mini, but this is my favorite. To me, the fat, stubby shape is very comfortable to use, and finding the right amount of pressure to use comes very naturally. I find it more drippy than the drip mop mini, requiring a gentler touch to avoid getting drippy, but can still remain clean if you want. Comparing again to the drip mop mini, this one is fatter, but can still fit in a pants pocket if they're baggy, and easily fit into a small bag like a fanny pack or in a jacket hand pocket. Its short stubby shape is easier to conceal in your fist than longer markers or mops.

5/5, I don't really think I could ask for more.

Art Primo Drip Mop Mini   by GASP23 -  A Top 100 Reviewer! (Read all my Reviews) 08/26/2019
Art Primo Drip Mop Mini This is a great product, and I consider art primo's line of mops to be the gold standard.

I'm a fan of both this shape and the 2 oz. mop. This one is slimmer and fits nicely in a pants pocket or a slim bag, but still has a nice capacity. I find it less drippy than the 2 oz. mop, requiring more intentional squeezing to get the same amount of drips, but it can still get very drippy.

Art Primo Press-N-Go Empty Marker - Standard   by GASP23 -  A Top 100 Reviewer! (Read all my Reviews) 08/26/2019
Art Primo Press-N-Go Empty Marker - Standard This product really grew on me over time. At first, it can seem very snaggy, and can write very streaky. However, if you give it some practice, these things can be very effective. Much like a mop, the thickness of the paint has a lot to do with how hard you need to squeeze it. At the same time, the harder you're squeezing it, the more you can press down on the surface itself without scraping the center of the strokes. It will all come to you with trial and error.

I've mainly tried two fills: rustoleum white bucket paint mixed with green pilot ink to a mint green color and pink OTR soultip paint. The rustoleum is great, but requires a pretty tight squeeze to maintain enough flow. Because of this, you have to write very slowly if you want any dripping, which is fine by me. Soultip paint is much runnier, and it is easy to get drips. It requires a much gentler touch than the other fill.

If you clog the tip and cannot get it back to normal through flushing it with solvent, you can carefully use pliers to pull the metal tip out of the plastic screw lid. This will cause the spring and plunger to come out, and you can clean all the parts and pick whatever debris there is out of it, then reassemble. Be careful not to crush any of the parts while using the pliers, or you will ruin the marker permanently.

As for criticism, I think that the pentel presto that is it modeled after has a better feeling body that is easier to squeeze and slightly larger. If they were able to mimic that more closely, I think it would be better. I also think that the filler neck of the body is too narrow. It is hard to fill without using a dropper, and it is hard to find a mixing ball that will fit into it. I have found success using the balls that are inside of skateboard bearings. It is nice that you can unscrew it rather than having to pop it open like the presto, but it isn't that big of a hassle to do so on a presto.

4/5. Great product and I recommend it, but I think it could be a little better.

Art Primo Hobo Marker   by GASP23 -  A Top 100 Reviewer! (Read all my Reviews) 08/25/2019
Art Primo Hobo Marker I've tried white, black, blue, and silver.

Compared to AP and sakura solid markers, these are more dense, and require a little more pressure when writing. However, they can still get great results. The lack of a plastic body and cap is inconvenient, but also a large part of why these are half the price of other solid markers. You will want a small plastic bag or tube to put this in, or else you are going to make a horrible mess of whatever pocket you put this marker into. I find that these do better on wet surfaces than other streakers. These develop a skin on the outside, and you need to peel it off before it will write. You can peel it off with your fingers (a bit more reliable) or rub it on a rough surface to scrape it off. The skin will come back after a day or two of not using it, and you just need to peel again.

I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a cheap alternative to ap/sakura solid markers or if you want better performance on wet surfaces.

I give a 4/5 because it is definitely not as convenient to use as other solid markers, but it is still great for what it is.
