m99 marker has a super tough tip so you better break it in. has great valve action that will last you a lifetime. at the top you unscrew the cap to refill it easily and fast. sleek design making a good grip for your hand, i almost would say perfect but id like to add some rubber, you fell me?use only marsh t grade inks, dye or pigment based, or marsh k stencil.the rolmark inks will clog up the nib.
It's a good cap. Nice for fill-ins, nice for handstyles, and if you know what you're doing you can flare with them. They may be rackable, but you can't rack 100 of them at once. Or even 10 for that matter. This is really the only cap you need for throwies. Quick fills and nice outlines. If you love rusto like I do, buy these and the NY outlines.
