My favorite marker, definitely use the correct ink though. I ran it with AP Steve Garvey and it was super dope until it dried out and became permanently seized up and unrepairable. I liked the marker so much that I bought a second one to replace it, and now run strictly the intended ink through it. Also, the chisel tip is a must get accessory in my opinion.  5 of 5 Stars!

These things are TANKS. I have 2, ordering a 3rd. I have enough red and blue OG TGrade to fill both 2 more times, the old flavor is about to run out... The chisel nibs are awesome, so are the fabled T but the caps don't cover them obviously. The metal base of the chisel does lend to over filling the reservoir, so be careful rejuicing. This is the marker that you'll go back for if you have to chuck it. EDC must have for the most ghostly formulas.  5 of 5 Stars!

THIS THING IS AN OG TANK! Now that the AP Gods have blessed the masses with T-Grade, I suggest you add some OTR 988 ball pen fluid and this is one marker you'll go back for if you gotta throw it... AND, IF YOU DO, NOT A SCRATCH ON ERRRR  5 of 5 Stars!

I have been using a Marsh 99 since the 90s and I just had to purchase my 3rd one. These things are almost Indestructible. I accidentally ran 1 over with a fork truck. That is about the only way you will kill this marker. If you want a sturdy, well made ink marker you can hold on to for a while, look no further.  5 of 5 Stars!

Works great with dye based inks that aren’t India. India ink will crust up eventually and ruin it. But alcohol based stuff seems to work well. I have a mix of that Garvey and speed flow in it. It kills.  5 of 5 Stars!

Best marker body of all time. If you're leaking or streaking. You're not using it right. I'm going to cut mine down an inch or two to make it shorter. Magic mixed with Molotow is a tough combo. Needs back pressure. Loosen back cap for more flow.  5 of 5 Stars!

Okay, gonna save the people asking questions time and AP some time by writing this as well..

ONLY USE PILOT OR MARSH INK IN THIS MARKER

YOU CANT RUN SMASH THROUGH IT UNLESS ITS THE DYE BASED MONEYSHOT.

Break in the nib by running it along a wood working file or some rough sand paper, what I did was I roughed it up on the file then dipped it in the ink, before screwing it on the marker.

Pump a few times and then go write on stuff.

Yes you can mix marsh and Garvey

All you saying you used smash in this with good results are lying, because the pigments clog the nib.  5 of 5 Stars!

Best bombing marker I own. Perfect size for signs, bus stops, etc...
The nibs are tough as can be, they wont write normally at first so I recommend letting them sit in a small bottle of whatever ink you are going to be using overnight... that softens them up nicely.
Would recommend buying a small o ring from home depot to put behind the cap, if the cap gets pushed on to hard its a real pain in the @$$ to get off  5 of 5 Stars!

i take back what i said about running marsh t-grade through this sucka. after a proper cleansing it's flowing great. first i cleaned the ink tank and then unscrewed the nib and cleaned that area. then i held the marker upside down (nib up) and flooded the nib-compartment with rubbing alcohol and hit the valve until all the alcohol drained out through the reservoir. did this a few times and flushed a lot of small particles that had gathered on the valve. t-grade is running smooth now and this marker bombs better than ever. one love to marsh.  5 of 5 Stars!

this marker is fuggin dope. couldn't get marsh t-grade to flow through it though. could see the pigment bits getting stuck at the top of the nib. went with a garvey/otr-hard-2-buff combo instead and it flows solid. the cap is completely silent and hasn't gotten sticky after a month of writing. the chisel nib is so diesel, it's similar to writing with a metal calligraphy nib. the only thing that could make it better would be the t-tip. i emailed those cats at http://www.elried.de about the 25mm nib but never got a response...  5 of 5 Stars!

Love love love this marker. High quality marker...built like a tank. Been doing nice calligraphy work with it's chisel nib. The marsh ink is too think for this marker though...I had to mix a lot Garvey to juice the nib. After I did, it wrote beautifully :-)  5 of 5 Stars!

VERY GOOD MARKER!!
At 18.00 bucks you can't go wrong for a durable sturdy refillable marker that lasts a lifetime.
This is not one of those markers that is made out of cheap aluminum like decos that bend up in your pocket. It is made of sturdy metal and a strong nib that lets you write on almost anything.I filled mine with mostly Garvey violet and added few squirts of Grog black and got a NICE deep purple.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!  5 of 5 Stars!

Oh snappz. this is the best. It took a while to break in my chisel tip.. i used a thumb tac just for a sec and then started on some walls, but it came along juust fine. Dont use to thick of an ink. Now that me and my girl know eachother better... She takes Verry nice care of me.Deff buy if you like the idea of keeping a marker that will stay with you for the rest of your life... unless you ditch it-_- then id be sad for you.BUYBUYBUY[!] (And a bit cheaper than ne where els......[I like the garvey or T inkn er(Or Mixx your own bueno color)]  5 of 5 Stars!

im really considering this. it will be like the main marker i use. im not really a fan of otr or molotow 15mm nib markers wich is one reason im considering this. the other reason is that im only twelve and it says this lasts forever so ill have this the rest of my life. but the pilot jumbo dosnt have a 15mm nib and lasts forever too. so well see if i buy this or not, do you guys think i should get this?
A.P. Reply: This is an amazing, classic marker to have in your arsenal. I have one that is 8 years old and its still going. The nibs are replaceable so even if you f- up and dry out the nib you can just get a replacement. I highly recommend getting one of these and a quart of Marsh T Grade. Money Shot also works well with these.  5 of 5 Stars!

:( i payed 18 bucks for this marker and its a piece of shish...really for 18 bucks i get a giant marker thatll squirt ink all over my hands every time i pump it.or when i open it itll get ink on my hands..i mean honestly im really disapointed artprimo even sells this product...one thing i will admit is the nib is the probably the thickest most durable felt nib u could ever buy...(ap reply) can I have it then? Because that marker is sick. your either doing something wrong or haven\'t broke the nib in yet  1 of 5 Stars!

if you're getting this for tags (most obvious use for a marker this tough) then the chizel nib is essential (AP carries it). as soon as i broke it in, it instantly took the place of all my 10-15mm nib black/dark markers. i don't understand why this marker isn't more popular, i honestly feel lucky that i have one.. the nibs are so tough that it takes a day of tags to break one in, and trust me it pays off.. industrial, high quality, bulletproof graff marker.

don't be stupid, make sure you use the right ink for this baby..

and who said this was expensive!? look at it!! its CNC made, a marker designed for a lifetime of use.. some sites have it for $30, even $50. $18 is mercy you cheap ass.

so GET ONE, because one thing this marker won't do is collect dust with all your other stay-at-home markers lol.  5 of 5 Stars!

m99 marker has a super tough tip so you better break it in. has great valve action that will last you a lifetime. at the top you unscrew the cap to refill it easily and fast. sleek design making a good grip for your hand, i almost would say perfect but id like to add some rubber, you fell me?use only marsh t grade inks, dye or pigment based, or marsh k stencil.the rolmark inks will clog up the nib.  5 of 5 Stars!

most people switch out the bullet nib for the chisel, but you can cut off the end of the bullet to make a circle nib

Straight up dopest marker around. I use mostly Do Em Dirty outdoorsman in mine. The nibs on these are practically indestructible. They'll write on everything from concrete to rusted metal and still keep going. Easy as hell to refill, easy to pump, just be careful not to flood the nib too much and stick it in your pocket it can leak a bit around the edges of the cap. The only downside to these is that since the nib is so tough it takes a while to get worked in. Just bust some tags on a nice concrete wall, or if you really can't wait, use a thumbtack and more or less mangle the end of the nib until it softens up a bit. Expensive but worth the price, you'll have this for the rest of your life!  5 of 5 Stars!
