Mixed the blue with white marsh t grade (old stock I had) in an old uni I had laying around, it came out a bright blue opaque thick paint. Definitely would recommend this ink for anyone looking to do something similar  5 of 5 Stars!

I bought all 4 of the colors available on AP and they all have great staining power along with the fantastic xylene smell. I loaded up each color into a glass body Magic Ink marker empty, this is a great combo so far!  5 of 5 Stars!

I always mix a bottle or two of this stuff into my homemade acetone pen ink to make it pure black. I see some people mix it with alcohol, but xylene and alcohol dont really mix, so I would suggest using acetone with this so you dont have to shake every time.  5 of 5 Stars!

Mixed some pilot red, green and blue (3 different markers) with some montana silver alcohol based paint one on a 8mm pump valve for slaps and it gave it the silver with green outline to it… and when i hit spots with made it like a silver with green on the inside hit some tarp type sh*t and it gave the silver and red in a mop a dope silver with drippy reds and the same with the silver and blue mix made a metallic blue. Im still messing with the ratios but try it out!!! Peace yall stay up!! Oh shake the sh*t out of it before you hit a spot also check the nib dont stick to the cap lol  5 of 5 Stars!

Great, cheap ink. Blue is KING! If you use this in a plastic marker or mop make sure to use it fast because this has xylene in it witch melts plastic. But overall it’s a great buy!  5 of 5 Stars!

This ink has got to be the best ink besides the stock paint that comes in the uni. IT. DOESN´T. GET. ANY. BETTER. this stuff is total fire. Managed to fill an entire big squeeze with this, and oh my gosh, will never forget that night. Did a quick tag at the top of an electric box, and the drips were dripping off the box onto the ground. Drippy af. Get some of this now u wont regret.  5 of 5 Stars!

What could I say that has not been said about this ink. It is the good ol' reliable cheap high quality go to ink for any ink-head broke or ballin! I have throwing up handstyles with this ink since I was 12 years old. The black is the only color I have always used so I could only say what I know and have experience with. This ink dries hella fast! So if you are not working on and in an area where if you spill, splatter, drop a nib and have it bounce everywhere spraying ink droplets and splash on your mom's kitchen counter/sink/carpet/furniture/washer and dryer/and the likes, then I highly suggest wearing gloves, laying out painters plastic cover, cardboard, and other staining protective measures. This ink does not really have a strong odor that I notice (and NO I am not huffing this ink). It mixes very well with other alcohol based inks and paints. When mixing with paint before using marker/mop/etc. Make sure to give it a good shake to mix it back together. I have used it mixed with 901 Soultip OTR paint plus a dab or two of black Magic Ink in mops and did not have a problem with it drying out the mop head. It can make the mixture a bit runny in a mop. Some like it drippy some like it clean! One thing I did notice when mixed with Magic Ink and used in valve type felt nib markers is if you do not use your marker ofter it can cause sticking issues with the valve which a couple pumps of the nib can fix becareful because the marker feed can hold excess ink when prepping the nib and it will pour out of the feed when hitting up or into the cap when pocketing or storing. Also, if you do not use your valve type marker often this ink can dry the nib out and cause sticky build up on the felt nib which causes streaking. These are not any faults with the ink and thats what makes graff fun because you learn techniques to make yoh a better ink head! It is all about experimenting, getting sloppy, and learning what works best for you as an ink head. Great ink for a cheap price! You cant go wrong! Get it! Fill it! Write it! Btw, Art Primo is the only store I know that sells this 60ml ink well for $2.99. Don't know about it,BE about it!  5 of 5 Stars!

here's a free AWSOME marker recipe if your low on cash, go to your local Walmart and you will likely find pen+gear brand black chisel tip markers for less than 50 cents for a 2 pack. pull it apart, let the nib dry out and find something round to rolling-pin the poop ink out of the cartridge, then just FLOOD both with black pilot ink(i held the cartridge upright and filled it slowly until it dripped out the bottom, and covered the nib in ink until it would not absorb more) it will streak at first just run a few lines on smooth paper with a little more pressure than normal and after a few lines this marker kills, just keep it flooded and stick to smooth surfaces like slaps, glass, painted metal, etc. best for slaps if you ask me. also pilot ink is just great in general, try it in permanent marker you can get your hands on!  5 of 5 Stars!

Great ink. The only real hard staining color is the black, although the blue is decent as well. I added a little violet illadel black label to my blue to make a dark/bluish violet. It looks better and stains harder. This is the sh*t. Pick up some refills rn  4 of 5 Stars!

This ink is great and hard to buff, it's perfect for mixing with other inks to make a messy hard to buff tag. Over all the price looks cheap but it isn't really a good value. For instance 200ml of otr 484 refil ink is $10. If you get 200ml of pilot it would cost around $18.  4 of 5 Stars!

Quite possibly one of the most permanent inks ever made. I mix one oz of this stuff with 8oz's of black attack smash. It's makes for one hell of a nasty clean up but a very nice permanent write. It can get pretty expensive when ordering multiple bottles, almost 24$ for 8oz's but I think worth it. Very, VERY durable stuff...  5 of 5 Stars!

The fact that stores like ArtPrimo still carry this ink, definately says something about the quality of it.Back in my early years of writing,(1992-no internet)I had heard of Marsh and Garvey, but had no idea where to buy it.One of my local stores in downtown New Bedford,Ma. carried pilots and uni-s and I found out the old lady there could order bottles of Pilot and call me when they came in.After that,Pilot ink was all I ever used for about 8 years. In 2011,this ink is still competing with inks that are made for writers and still one of the best.  5 of 5 Stars!

DOPE Ink, the same ink you'd find in the Pilot Jumbo which is well known for being a classic, hard-to-buff, opaque marker. Not only is it great for refilling the Pilot Jumbo or other refillable Pilot markers (Or any refillable marker, really), but if you are into making your own homemade inks, usually you can make a soda bottle full of your own alcohol based pen ink, and if it turns out to not be as hard staining or as opaque as you thought it would be, or you just want that violet color to be a bit darker, you can always dump a bottle of this in there and it will make it just as hard staining as the Pilot Jumbo is (with the correct ratio, of course). Overall a great buy, and one of the best inks out there. Not only for refills, but also to mix with. Another relatively well known combination would be to mix it with Garvey, creating for either a Dark Violet or Pure Black ink with the opacity of the Pilot Ink and a combination of the "hard-to-buffness" from the Pilot Ink itself and the Garvey mixed in with it, because obviously if you add two hard staining inks together you get an even harder staining ink. Good luck trying to buff this one, guys.  5 of 5 Stars!

Pilot Ink refills...Cheap and....cheap....and it's great to mix with your other inks or homemade ink to get that unique color you've been wanting to make so your tags stand out. this is my favorite ink. it works great in a mini mop, and it also works great in valve markers, and pilots(duhh)!it also works good for mixing. mix it with some pen ink and it makes a great staining ink. or mix it with some smash and get some opaque cool colored ink that will probably leave a ghost when buffed. or just use it straight out of the bottle. it refills a pilot about 10 times. or fill a mini mop one time. so buy this ink, throw it in your favorite marker, then crush! you wont be dissapointed!  5 of 5 Stars!

don't underestimate this stuff. pilot packaged this all cute in a little old school glass bottle. this stuff DYES surfaces, no joke. when buffers and cleaners see this stuff in blue, green, red, purple (mixed) they usually assume that it was a sharpie lol so they almost always try to rub it out, but all that does is change the tag's color! believe me, i've seen about 20 of my tags like that, all bleached but clearly legible (all done with pilot ink and jumbo marker) =] lesson of the day.. permanent, economical tags.  5 of 5 Stars!

This is a f*cking come-up if you can score 2 or 3 of these. I bought a mini-drip mop and a black Pilot from the showroom, and that alone was great, nice drips, great flow, great opacity. But if you're looking for more ink, make a batch of pen ink, drop in a blue or black pilot, which is only 3.49 or something for the refill container, and you've got pretty much a bottle of super-permeanent ink. Alone, I would only recommend this stuff on the inside, because as with all alcohol inks, it fades in the sun, but it is a great ink.  5 of 5 Stars!
