Molotow MASTERPIECE Marker Review with BASER
From Molotow...

"Since I started painting with MOLOTOWâ„¢ four years ago, I can't use another brand. Because of it's quality, painting with MOLOTOWâ„¢ was a step forward for me. I love the bright colors and varnish aspect of the paint. I often recommend people to use MOLOTOWâ„¢, almost as if I was part of the company. I can say that I'm a MOLOTOWâ„¢ addict!

I write Baser drv/bye/wildstyle® and I’m from New York City. I have been involved in Graffiti one way or another for years - from clean trains, tunnel bombing and piecing. These days however I’m focused on handstyles and use stickers/markers profusely to deliver them.

In pursuit of developing handstyles I have used a lot of different markers. But my weapons of choice come from MOLOTOWâ„¢. Specifically the MASTERPIECEâ„¢ marker series flooded with SPEEDFLOW or COVERSALL ink cocktail mix. This combo produces some of the WETTEST, SAUCIEST tag flows on a variety of surfaces.

Personally I like using COVERSALL ink in the 860DS dripsticks. The ink flows consistently and based on your squeeze drips to your satisfaction. The ink lives up to its name as well. Wherever you apply it outdoors or in, it covers all with BLACKHOLE opacity. Lastly it’s an easy refill. Just unscrew the backend cap and rejuice. Perfect for those moments when time is of the essence.

When it comes to chisel tips(my favorite), I use all of the MASTERPIECE™ series. The 367PI, 467PI and 766PI maxed out with the Speedflow cocktail. It’s almost like a mop in chisel. The Flowmaster pump valve keeps the nib supersaturated, which gives me that THICK & JUICY flow that I’m after. The ink is "Chemical Black" with a beautiful iridescent copper sheen. I've never seen anything like this before and the fact that its buff resistant and weatherproof make it that much better!

The nibs are tough and durable. I’ve even customized the nibs further by shaving them thinner. I’ve cut channels in the middle for twoline effects. Or you can smash the nib flattening it out to create a wider more moplike tip. But generally I just use them stock and flood the marker... it’s like writing with Liquid Razors on glass!!!-Baser
