Smooth like butter, must have for 2 bucks. Just got it in this afternoon and have used it all evening, fill it up with some pilot and magic ink (not white) and you're set. However, it leaked like crazy all over on my hands and spilt onto the ground, my nails are essentially painted on both hands. So make sure to store the thing cap side up in your pocket, it can make a mess from the excessive juice power. Slips into your pocket perfectly, super slim. But still a great little tool for your everyday kit and now I have a little ying yang looking mop.
