Are you asking the difference between an Art Primo Solid streak and a Hobo?
Major difference is the Streak comes in a hard casing and stays soft and ready to write. You do need to twist the little valve like chapstick to get more out of your casing.
A Hobo while writes soft will dry with air and create a thick waxy lining to protect its' insides. You will need to break the lining whenever it dries to make a marking. These come in a cardboard wrapper. You can also break this marker into smaller pieces to carry around and toss when it becomes too small of a nub.
Both of these markers are excellent for rough surfaces, are designed to dry hard so it's difficult to remove and can be taken on an airplane.

But theres a limit to how much white you can find around your town, ya know? But the silver. That thing pops on ANYTHING. Rubbed some on my finger and it looked like I was wearing a glove.
