I used this marker with OTR flowpen ink.
I was totally satisfied. Using a really wide nib like this takes some practice, as it is easy to end up not getting a full width stroke if you don't put pressure evenly across the nib. With flowpen ink, the marker never streaks. Unfortunately, I can't speak for its performance with thicker inks.
the bottom fill cap is very convenient and saves a lot of mess.
