| ArtPrimo: Hi there- This is a solvent based paint. Solvent based paint has superior permanence and uv resistance but may react to being used on top of other kinds of paint.

| ArtPrimo: It's a pigment-based refill ink- we call it a paint to help differentiate it from products like Steve Garvey, which is a dye-based ink.

| Will this act the same way as soultip/otr the way it thickens homade ink. More or less what the diffrence between this and soultip paint.

| ArtPrimo: Totally different formulas. Soultip is alcohol-based, this is a solvent base.
