these are filled about 1/3 the way up... made me kinda mad, BUT these markers are the sh*t! if youre looking for dope paint markers, these are your best choice, especially for silver. dont buy the krink silver, it sucks. silver unipaints almost NEVER streak and they are so delicious and bright. you wont get drips out of these, but who cares. i have the silver and red. both are dope.
when im done with both of them ill probably order some more, and refill the old ones with some home made stuff, super fresh colors.
only bad things i have to say about these markers are the peas inside make a bit of noise, and the fact that they are filled up 1/3 the way brand new.
