I have a good altrnative method for splitting streakers when you are going for 4 & 8 color combos ... What i do is first is get some light fishing line and cut 4 inch pieces , alot of them to start , and you use some duct tape or electrical tape. i start by cutting off the top cone, then you stretch the first piece of line , tape it tightly on the side near the top , then the next to make a "X", tape it tightly, and you could go for 8 with another "x" of light fishing line,be precise, and patient cuz you have to do it 3 0r 7 more times( i keep a few plastic bags handy to keep the segments in while the chill),anyway crank it up all slow & then it will be like ribbons, mix'n match & retube...Fun Fun Fun!
