These are the best little cutty markers ever. Don't sleep on these. My favorite ones are black, purple, and red. Definitely get the Magic Ink black refill or if you grab one of the empty glass bodies fill it with either Magic Ink or Pilot's xylene based refills used for the jumbo and broads.
These will only streak if you don't take care of the nib or if you use it on a more porous and not smooth surface. Another great thing about these is that it an oil/xylene based ink but applies more in between a paint/ink (for black) so it will stick and stain more than alcohol based inks. The black will be the best as far as quality and stainability goes. Takes a real beating from the sun.
Don't use anything other than inks. Works best with magic ink and xylene based pilot refills.
Perfect incognito size, holds lots of ink, nice chisel tip, and the cap is near perfect. I filled these with the pilot refill ink and they write real nice. An instant favorite. They will be most frequently used when making runs of slappys.
Good pen, fun to use, and I need to order refills asap. Would recommend and will buy more of the sizes in the near future. Grab yourself one and work on your handstyles without killing your favorite chisel tip.
1 star deducted because the instructions are hard to read and you cannot use the original packaging to store the pen in once its assembled. Now itll be floating around with all my other pens, which I'm not wild about.
I bought all 4 of the colors available on AP and they all have great staining power along with the fantastic xylene smell. I loaded up each color into a glass body Magic Ink marker empty, this is a great combo so far!
I prefer PIXO.38 over the Uni PX30. Not that the PX30 is a bad size, but this is comfy to carry in any scenario. Great quality. I intend to add one or 2 to each order, just to keep some fresh ones around.
