k look. grab a white uni, some smash ( any of the colors that dont come in uni, like teal pink grape etc.. ) and fill these up with it. they're refillable. beautiful. and practical. my favorite marker. the only thing that disappointed me, is the amount they come filled up with. but thats not a problem, they last you a hella long time before the need to refill comes. take my recommendation, and stick with the silver. its the brightest silver ive ever seen. beautiful. the gold, disappointed me. im not sure if it was the marker i had, but it just wasnt close to being as bright as i thought it would be. regardless, ive had the silver before, and its the best marker ive ever used. hey art primo, if possible, can you tell me a way where i can flip the nib of the uni over without having the nib come off the body once im not using it? or that it wont overflow during a tag? thanks.

for everyone else, grab yourself a silver uni, a black flowpen, and a yellow sakura, and your set for anything. PEACE!  5 of 5 Stars!

Adding another for the sake of letting my fellow terrorists know that of you take a fresh red PX and fill it with ARTPRIMO'S own marsh white, you get the MOST beautiful cherry blossom pink in the universe, hands down. GR, much love from Port Angeles!  5 of 5 Stars!

I have a great handful of these baddies, by far my favorite joint!! Now I'm in love with the PIXO-30 for it's cutty size, I mix pink magic ink with ARTPRIMO's own marsh white, makes for a fun destructive device. Don't over tighten after a refill, you will hate yourself come the next refill after that, currently have a silver PX that is stuck closed. GR, much love from Port Angeles!!  5 of 5 Stars!

Light pour but it's to be expected. Top notch gold ink, top notch smell. C'mon Uni, give us some refills already, name your price to make it worth while. Until then, I'll keep buying PX-30s from GR / Art Primo.  4 of 5 Stars!

Buy 4 silvers and combine inks into one. Use leftover marker bodies for available inks can refill (prob already have some lying around) or just one, and horde the other 2nibs/containers for future use. Righty loosy lefty tighty
If they messs with ya,, can just be like, nah see this is a silver marker????  5 of 5 Stars!

silver and black are the way to go, best markers i have ever used. i got red and white aswell but the white mustve been a defect because it was the sh*ttiest streakiest ink i have ever seen. the red was nice though.  5 of 5 Stars!

i picked up a silver of this, and it might be one of the best formulas out there. it can leak because it very drippy. Flare out the nib and once the tag comes out you cant tell it apart from an 11 or 10 milimeter mop! or keep the nib smooth and its owrks great on stickers. 10/10  5 of 5 Stars!

CHANGED TO A QUESTION
34 year old who's been writing for 21 years now and never had a silver or gold px30. Always sold out. Tempted to order straight from Japan in bulk and sell them b*tches $10 a pop fast. Greatest marker on the market, next to the Pentel shorty.  5 of 5 Stars!

I love this marker thanks GR for recommending these I love that the body is solid and the colors are rich. They will truly last a lifetime if you take care of them. They also come with low ink just like you have said in your videos. The only complain i have with them is that the white markers streak like crazy and are not very opaque.  5 of 5 Stars!

This marker sick asf. I rocked the black n mixed some Magic ink n pilot ink, hella flow, straight killa. Gonna make dat Buffman mad mad. Silver n White classics, I mix my silver with purple ink from magic ink.

The only complaint I guess anyone would say is it’s loud to carry but just get some tape n magnet you’re good.

Another is Uni just doesn’t fill it hella probably safe to say 25%-30% full. But realistically it’s an industrial marker so yeh.

Overall classic  5 of 5 Stars!

Silver is awesome. If you wanna hide your tagging marker this isn’t the one for you. Don’t get me wrong the ink is awesome and it’s the perfect size but there is a mixing ball witch is annoying because it kinda shakes in your pocket. That’s why I did 4 stars.  4 of 5 Stars!

This is a very good marker. It's refillable, It writes well, and on almost everything. The only "bad" thing about this marker that I'd like to mention is that the cap is on extremely tight so I wouldn't close the cap all the way and the ink won't leak if don't fully close it anyways. Make sure you keep cleaning the inside of the cap too so it doesn't get stuck. Otherwise, this is an amazing marker.  4 of 5 Stars!

I bought this a little bit ago and have used it extensively, when I first got it I opened it and mixed some hard to buff with the og paint that comes in it and within almost a week I ate through almost full to about less then half full and have tagged alot of stuff in my area. So in all I highly recommend as it is super good  5 of 5 Stars!

I'm not sure how I have went the past 25 years writing and have never tried a Un but I finally copped a silver and gold from AP and the silver has become my favorite marker almost over night. Writes smooth and streak free and it's the perfect size between being able to hold some ink and being comfortable in a pocket. Add on top of that that it is refillable and new nibs are available.

If you have never tried one of these, don't be an idiot like me and wait 25 years. This marker is dope.  5 of 5 Stars!

I got the white and the red uni, and ive have a bunch of other colors before. They're all good, especially the silver, blue, and red. i recommend you buy some refill ink with it though because these markers have only a tiny bit of paint when you get em out of the box. I got some otr paint and its pretty dang good. Great for tagging and also pretty good in the sketchbook too, but a little on the stinky side though, but that's alright. Anyways if you're a tagger or just anyone, BUY THESE.  5 of 5 Stars!

My first paint marker was a uni and it worked great . I always justed Unis and nothing else . Just literally started to try out other markers and some work better then others . That said still have uni tags from 04 and you read them fine. Color basically gone but still can read tag so to me that's what makes them great . So gotta wait another 16 yrs to see if these other markers stand the test of time. Unis for life  5 of 5 Stars!

I got many uni broads in my day. I have a yellow, blue, 2 silvers, and 2 blacks. don't sleep on these. this marker has one of the best silvers out there. The yellow is a bit streaky and the blue doesn't cover great, the black and silver are almost always in my pocket. but the reason these are great is the marker body. They are the perfect size! get some extra nibs with these tho.  5 of 5 Stars!

An essential tool in any writer's arsenal. Clean lines, lasts forever (once applied) and, very shiny. Smash the nib for a drippier line and a thicker tag. The silver Unipaint markers are a signature tool of American writers coast-to-coast.  5 of 5 Stars!

I've tried silver, black, blue, and red.

Classic marker with one of the best nibs of any marker ever made. There's a reason why it's been adopted by the smash KO, krink, and other brands.

The nib is softer than most, giving it a very unique feel and excellent flow. Streakiness is never an issue.

Try refilling it with other inks or mixing in magic ink or pilot ink for cool cross effects.

Silver is beautiful and shiny. One of the best silvers period.

black is very pure and has almost no tinge of other colors.

blue is intense, opaque, and has an almost electric quality to it in bright daylight.

red is actually fairly deep and slightly maroon, in contrast to the blue. also very opaque for a red.

The main flaw of this marker is the small amount of ink. It's only 1/3 full at most.

If you haven't tried one, you need to.  5 of 5 Stars!

THIS MARKER IS SEX. I copped the silver, and it's one of my favorite makers at the moment. Never streaks, the silver is bright and highly reflective, and the flow is amazing, ESPECIALLY if you flare out the nib. If you don't know how to do that, take out the nib before you start pumping, put the chisel tip inside, and rub it on some rough concrete until its nice and puffy. Drips for dayyyys. This ones a must-have.  5 of 5 Stars!

The Uni is dope af. Probably the smoothest paint pen I have used yet and the quality of the paint is top notch. The best thing about it is if you use it correctly you should get streaks. Blue is my go to and is not to dark and not to light. I'm glad GR's vlog reviewed it cause I would have never tried this pen otherwise.  5 of 5 Stars!

HOLY F**K these are even better than i thought. They're seriously a joy to write with, especially with my big @$$ hammy hands. The metallics are amazing. I was however a little surprised by the red. Specifically because I was using it on a test page with some marker work on it. (both magic ink, chartpak, and pilot) It was like it went through a black hole and was sucked up into the marker. I'll need to play with it a little more to see how many coats it takes to cover. (as i'm sitting here i did a quick test. Took maybe 17 passes to completely go over the black marker. Might just be my ignorance and inexperience with paint markers)  5 of 5 Stars!

We use the smaller round nib version of these in the oil field to mark our filters, top of the line markers, will write over dripped sweat and thin layers of grease.you really can't go wrong with these, they just flow so nice.good markers with good paint, what more could you ask for from a marker, and these are oil-based so they will last for years out in the sun without fading.  5 of 5 Stars!

Aight look. These have been used by graff writers for YEARS! They are one of the most popular and well known brands and markers for graff since the 80's and 90's. After pumped, the nib stays juicy and doesn't tend to streak much at all. The paint is an oil based, so it stands up to the weather nicely, and doesn't fade quickly. The color really does pop. ESPECIALLY the yellow. I f*ckin love that color yellow. It just looks great on anything. The silver is also reeeeal nice. WAAAAY better than the krink k71 silver. f*ck krink  5 of 5 Stars!

I got the white, so I can't speak for the other colors. The ink/paint whatever was really good, it was opaque and covered everything. Metal, wood, masonry, glass, etc it works good on all those. The nib is pretty good, it writes pretty fat without even grinding it down. The valve is good, flows the right amount and not drippy. My only complaints are that it comes like half filled, it ran out pretty quick. Another thing is, that like the pentel marker the cap can get stuck to the marker really bad and is a pain in the cock to get off. Overall i would recommend getting this marker, just make sure you buy some paint to refill it with too.  4 of 5 Stars!

I got one in gold a few months back and it wrote so well with streak-free lines, opaque coverage, and a strong nib. My only problem was the mixing ball inside of it kept getting stuck to the bottom of the marker. It wouldn't come out no matter how many times I shook it. After hitting it against the wall it came un-stuck and worked. But until then, it was just pushing out pure pigment. Still enjoyed using this product.  4 of 5 Stars!

Have only tried silver but it's a good opaque valve marker w/ beautiful oil-based silver! (I might be biased because the k71/Uni/SmashKO nib-style is one of my fav's for smaller valve markers).
They do come around 1/3 to 1/2 full, but i quickly found my remedy for this at Micheals & HobbyLobby- just grab 3 or more of their silver xylene-based valve markers that they sell as singles (like silver Prismas or Treehouses) & dump them into the Uni. Will increase odor, but doing this on top of adding a tiny amount of appropriate thinner will make them run smoother & add drip potential, while still keeping the silver looking opaque & just as fresh imo. Never had any inconsistent color/opacity with this mix from my experience. (I have yet to try running gk through one of these, so cannot comment on that.)
The nib can kinda gum up after it's been juiced then not used for a while, but this is remedied by soaking the nib in xylene or paint thinner for a while... But I always recommend just throwing on a fresh nib!
*Anytime you EVER buy a Uni Broad, SmashKO, or K71/72/73, you should ALWAYS buy extra nibs! The bodies will outlast the nibs atleast 90% of the time & they are all easily refilled.  4 of 5 Stars!

This marker is a TRUE Classic. These markers have an EXTREMELY good flow, and all of the colors pop because of the awesome paint in it, and just like Talib Kweli states in "Subway Surfing", "A spraypaint alternative; getting up with Uni Markers they permanent", he was right, it is an extremely fadeproof, weather proof, permanent paint mixture. It does have a ball in it and it is refillable, a notable refill for it is watered-down Smash ink, which I've heard does excellent in it. I personally love the blue, and the only commonly encountered surfaces the Blue doesn't show well on is Blue Dumpsters and Blue Mailboxes since the color of the paint blends in with Blue on the Dumpster/Mailbox. Overall an AWESOME buy, I'd recommend it over any marker with similar body style as well (K71, Smashville Slugger/Smash KO Markers, etc).  5 of 5 Stars!

these markers are sick. silver is the best it applies the best and is seen from mad far. theses markers apply paint as fast as you can write. let your nib wear down and it gets fatter and more buttery. if you dont like the chisel nib, flip it over and its a fat circle nib. overall sick marker. makes alot of noise while you are walking though. also refillable  5 of 5 Stars!

This marker is a good marker to have in your stash because the color is good and the paint is good quality. The only problem is that when you carry it around it has the f*cking loudest mixer ball. The white is good but I personally like the gold and silver the best because of how shiny it is.  4 of 5 Stars!

Buy a gold, along with Gold digger Smash ink.
The 4oz. bottle will refill it about 10 times.
Considering the fact that they come less than half way full.

The nibs are the perfect size, and can be made wider
by roughing them up on a concrete wall.

5.99$ is a good @$$ price
so, buy some.

Hey AP what would happen if you took the mixing ball out and just refilled it with some ink cause this thing rattles like a mofo...would you have to have some kind of mixer in there or could it work fine just by shaking it up before use? <AP REPLY> One of the great things about graffiti is trying things for yourself.  5 of 5 Stars!

i pinched it pretty nicely, and its just like a yellow mop!
the lines are thick and juicy, the paint is hella permanant, and opaque.
if you havent atleast tried these markers yet, try them, you will not be dissapointed. trust me.  5 of 5 Stars!

I've tried every color and they're all good but the black, white and silver are the best. They never fade and write so smooth. The black is all I use on stickers. Silver was the first marker I tagged with. Buy these now.  5 of 5 Stars!

These ARE exactly the same as the K-71's, but in my opinion, better. The black NEVER needs to be shaken to produce an even flow and opaque ink, the nib is hella solid so the handstyle is very sharp.  5 of 5 Stars!

this marker is old school as f*ck, ive used the red and silver.
the red one fades after awhile to a white one, but it takes atleast 2 months, and the tag looks dope.
ive got a sh*tty tag from '06 runnin right now, thats white because it faded.
as for silver, ive got tags on stop signs that ran for nearly a year before they got buffed, and they NEVER fade.

these things are opaque as sh*t, im thinking of getting a yellow one,or another silver, im not sure.  5 of 5 Stars!

PHL 08/01/2008
Haha! Old school tool right here. I've tryed every color, maybe even 2 or 3 times, and they're all great. It's very opaque, it covers everything to my knoledge, and is very high quality stuff. There is very few things that I don't like about these, one is that it doesn't come filled all the way, to get around this, open it up, and put a bit of thinner in it and shake it vigorously, another thing that isn't to like about these, is the silver, if you let the paint dry on the nib, and you don't use it for a while, when you start to use it again, the paint flows over the nib, instead of inside of it. If you have any problem like that, the thing to do is to take the nib out and immerse it in a thinner (xylene, turpentine, paint thinner, laquer thinner, or even alchohol if you don't have access to these), after this, let it set out on a paper towel for a couple hours until it's dry, now immerse it in water until no thinner is left on it, after this, let it dry again, then get a push pin and put small holes in it, aswell as dragging the pin point along it so that you can see the little hairs come out (Don't do this to much :O). To all that are interested, these ARE refillable! Don't throw away these bad boys, they're built like a tank. All this in a bundle, they're great markers, and to those who didn't know, these are the markers that earsnot uses. Hope I helped. Get these in bulk because you'll be hooked on them :) Overall 5/5, great product.  5 of 5 Stars!

PS, in order to refill it, you have to unscrew the tip, the thing thats right below the cap.
but you have to screw it backwords, like righty loosey, lefty tighty.\

fav marker ever, lasts a long time, comes half full, but if you buy two, you can mix the colors, and get some pretty dope mix's. like blue and white is light blue... or blue and yellow is green.
just experiment.  5 of 5 Stars!

i got a free one in the mail today [dont bug me, im not going to tell u how.] and i fell in f*cking love with this thing! i got the silver one, and im kind of dumb, because i followed somebodys advice by denting it a little bit to have it drip... i pressed down once on my blackbook, and the ink shot out everywhere, allover my freshhh tee! I WAS PISSED! so dont dent this sh*t untill its almost empty, you'll thank me in the end... when your tee is still fresh.
but yeah, they write smooth, havnt seen a single streak [and mines almost empty now...] and its HELLA opaque. for broader lines, take a key or something, and cut the nib kind of like a pizza, and take the tip of the key, and flare the edges out, so the nib is bigger. i got a line that was almost an inch wide!  5 of 5 Stars!

these are filled about 1/3 the way up... made me kinda mad, BUT these markers are the sh*t! if youre looking for dope paint markers, these are your best choice, especially for silver. dont buy the krink silver, it sucks. silver unipaints almost NEVER streak and they are so delicious and bright. you wont get drips out of these, but who cares. i have the silver and red. both are dope.

when im done with both of them ill probably order some more, and refill the old ones with some home made stuff, super fresh colors.

only bad things i have to say about these markers are the peas inside make a bit of noise, and the fact that they are filled up 1/3 the way brand new.  5 of 5 Stars!

I still remember the first paint marker i ever had... it was a THIS.. red.. i remember my old days tagging up parkfair and northside with the diamond kingz.. ohhh good days..

but neways.. this is honnestly in my opinion one of the best markers u can get. the paint flows absolutely fine, and it comes in many colers! its MORE than worth the cost, its unexpensive, and its great. if i were too suggest any markers, it would be this or the OTR brands. its easy too fit in your sleeve if ur in public, or its sizely enough that u can just slip it in your pockets, bust it out, tag it, then cap dat sh*t and get too bouncin..

but anyways, i prefer this.. other than spray of course.. haha.  2 of 5 Stars!
