Good, a nib is a nib nothing else to really say. If you want it to last longer though cut a tiny square out of a t-shirt or something else of thin cotton, use some copper wire wrapped around or super glue to keep it from falling off.

Someone asked if these fit Dang mops and yes, just slid it into a Dang Flex 15 and it works buttery smooth. Maybe better than the original even. Great price too.
