WTF?? What a joke. Dont they know this wont accomplish anything? This action will not make a dent, and is only a horse and pony show for the city and prosecutors. Is there an election coming up? If so then this would make sense. I tell you what peeps, this will turn out to be a lot harder to prosecute than they think. After all, who's to say who is writing what? If you were not there to witness it then all you have is circumstantial evidence my man. Anyways, I heard MTA is a guy named Michael Thomas Anderson. He is just some schizophrenic recluse lives in a cave under the Hollywood sign. He sleeps on a bed of Roller paint cans and consumes only Night Train. Thats the word on the street at least.
