Pentel Presto Pen Bought one of these a bit ago, nice price here on AP. As the description mentions these little babies are the perfect size, you can catch quite a few tags with it too.
The best part about the Pentel Presto is the combination of a metal tip and a squeezable body. You can write on practically any surface (except of course very rough surfaces like concrete) and the squeezable body allows you to write pretty fast. In my area, are very very popular. Great for electrical boxes, signs, and any plastic surfaces.

One4All 127HS Marker Molotow One For All 127 markers are sexy. Think of them as refillable super-sharpies, that are available in a much larger range of colors. Yes they're $4, but it's oh so worth the extra dough. For blackbooking they work like a charm, and they work on anything smooth (signs, stalls, etc.) that's out on the streets too. Molotow isn't just one of the most popular brands in graffiti for nothing (Like Krink...), they are at that position because they make high quality products.
