Krink Ink Nib |

Well yesterday i got my shipment in and i opened my krink ink broad line, and the nib was messed up..there was a chunk missing out of it and it was frayed. It looked like it had been used. i dont know what happened, you guys are always reliable. but artprimo reply back. |

that sounds like it was damaged in shipping because there is no way we could send a used Krink marker. they come new in cases direct from NYC.. just be sure to not use it! If i get back an empty marker I am going to assume you just used it yourself... so send it back with USPS first class w/h tracking. and we will replace it.
