Definitely better than a standard painter's touch cap.
Softer, bigger, more flare.

They're more controllable, but think about the can you're working with...
A standard PT cap is neater around the edges and I can do skinny lines and medium lines.
With the EZ cap, the spray is softer (both velocity and appearance) and much more controlled. For me, line weight goes from soft-skinny to soft-medium-fat.

The cap grabs the inner rim HARD.
If you want the cap to come off easier, shave off half of the lowest ring on the inside part that grips the cap. (I shaved the half from the front to the back, so that when I push up on a 90 degree angle to where I'm spraying the cap will come off)

Also, these caps are GREAT for bombing. No messing with caps!
All you do is latch this tip on then (after breaking the initial "seal") lift the inner part of the cap off the valve and to the right/left. The cap will sit next to the valve and doesn't spray.
All you have to do is lift the inner part up to align it with the valve and you're good to go.

One thing I have noticed once or twice—if you push too hard the valve can wedge itself awkwardly into the cap causing a very low pressure stream. All you have to do is lift up on the cap to reset it. Not a big deal, but something I noted (and, again: rarely).

Overall, great if you're using a lot of PT/other "value" brand with a male valve.

BLACK.

Used in a Masterpiece marker.

I got painted over (in both Post Office blue and electric box grey) and both tags were pretty sufficiently covered, but the ghost of the tag was visible—almost like the paint floated over this ink and left the outline and some of the body of the tag visible.

My favorite black ink I've used so far.

Classic. Love 'em for little tags, street sign tags, and a MUST HAVE for stickers.
I have one like this in my pocket at all times (though I prefer the Sakura Calligrapher).
If these are like the Sakuras, you can refill them.

I haven't found a decent place to hit at night in my area. Street lights wash out any glow that might be happening. Haven't found the right place.

However, I used it in the background of a painting I did for a friend, and when she goes to sleep the thing glows like a flashlight. It's brighter than you would expect.

It is visible during the day, depending on how thick you apply it and how close you look.
It's a frosty translucent color, greenish if you look close.

Holy bejesus.
Thing's huge. The biggest challenge is finding a surface deserving (and big enough for) the application of this marker.
I haven't been buffed yet, so I can't comment on the ink—though it's stood up to sun and rain.

I leaked a little the first couple times using it (big nib and lots of paint in the nib will do that).

The cap is mediocre AT BEST. It latches on with some weak friction around the seal and a couple pins sticking into the top. If you have extra paint on your nib area when you put this away, it WILL leak from the cap. I keep it in a zip-lock.

Overall, great for the novelty. If you want some huge tags, rock this.
If you want to carry around a marker at all times, move on.

I bought the mini-version of this marker, but my review has to do with the pump system:

If you use Smash ink (which is actually paint... but that's neither here nor there), you may want to THIN IT DOWN with some bestine/xylene/your preference of thinner. Smash totally gummed up my works, hardened on the nib, and didn't flow. After some thinner, I'm rocking.

Also, buy some replacement nibs. Mine split and went super soft, barely works the valve any more.

The only leaks I've had from this and the High Solid are from around the nib, which is just from paint settling from a juiced nib. No leaks from the threads, just screw it on hard.
