Been seeing these around for quite a while, and wondering about them. Just obtained one! I love it so much!!! I am a new CraftWave addict, by the way (see my review of the AquaBrushes). These watercolors are real--do not be fooled by the cute packaging. The colors are saturated and beautiful. The selection of colors is excellent and more extensive than you realized when you actually start painting. There is way more of each paint wafer than you think. They do everything I want watercolors to do. They lift, mix, and layer well, and can be opaque or transparent as needed. PLUS they fold up into such a compact little bundle that you can take them anywhere, comfortably. The bundle fans out so you can hold it in one hand. There's a divided mixing area that's part of the fan, and there's what can be a secondary mixing area that's actually the bottom of the fan. Another plus is that the paint wafers dry off quickly--how the heck do they DO that?!?-- so you don't have to wait forever when you're ready to pack up your supplies. (Why have I spent so many years jamming half-pans into empty Altoid tins, hmm?!??) I've used these with good results both on sketchbook and on cold press watercolor paper. AND the set includes a shorty 5-1/8-ish inch Aqua Brush that has what looks to be the 0.3 round, with the usual good point. :D If you work in watercolor at all, *please* do yourself a Nice and grab an AquaFan. Cuz you deserve it. :)

This is a GREAT set of brush pens!!! I've had some weirdly-shaped ones -I think they're Yasutomo- and they're fine, but they do not feel right in my hands and they're kind of like squishing fruit. These CraftWave Aqua Brushes are shaped like a nice, solid watercolor paintbrush or a marker, and are 7-to-7-1/4 inches long, depending on which one you're using. They're well-balanced, comfortable, and easy to squeeze. I had gotten myself one of the 0.3 rounds and set it aside a while back to see if I could murder it by filling it with stuff other than water. Sooo, last night I ran Schmincke AquaDrop watercolors through it. Worked perfectly. Then I rinsed it out and put Kohinoor UltraDraw waterproof black ink through it. It was beautiful. This morning I caved and threw some Molotow One4All ink into it. The Aqua Brush laughed in my face and wrote all over my studio door. The One4All completely rinsed out of the AquaBrush when I was done, AND the brush tip is still keeping a nice point. If you like water brushes, you well and truly need these. :)

OH HELL YEAH!!! These are EXACTLY the glue pots I grew up with. Never thought I'd see them again, let alone be able to BUY them again! This little guy makes a great mop. I used it with Molotow Speedflow today on canvas and it totally exceeded my expectations. Sooooo much fun! Am buying more. You totally need to try this one. THANK YOU Art Primo for carrying these! _3

This itty bitty sketchbook kicks serious ass. It beautifully accepts any medium I throw at it. No buckling, no pilling. It tucks easily into any purse, tote, pocket, cooler, whatever. It has a wide enough spiral wire binding to clip a couple pens into for transport/safekeeping. Its small size allows for sketching out & about without attracting undue attention, which I like a LOT--don't bother me, don't be afraid--I'm just drawing, you know? I've equipped almost my entire family with these. Oh and the cover is non-bendable hard & black & and looks like leather. You will deeply enjoy this sketchbook. :)

~~Side note: Having used about a bajillion types of watercolor and drawing papers over many years, I've snoofed some pretty smelly sizing on/in some. Paper benefits from sizing, and the smell does offgas after a while. This lovely lil' book completely shed its stank in a couple weeks from just leaving it open at different pages every few days. It's NORMAL. It was probably newly manufactured when I got it.~~
