Definitely buy a few refill bottles of the black magic ink for this thing. When you first get the marker, top it off with some ink till it kinda pools up in at the top of the tampon and prepare for the butter. This thing is amazing and beats the Pilot Jumbo by a long shot. The ink is SUPER toxic. Stains super well and drys FAST.

Just picked up 6 of these to try out. Didn't realize they don't with a cap, so they are similar to a Markal. To remove the condom that they come with, just use a box cutter or razor blade of some sort with gloves on and you're good.
I melt mine down into chapstick containers and they work perfectly. Nice stealth streak that can write on any surface in any weather condition.
