Question: Will grog buff proof Alcohol based ink work good with the pixo
ArtPrimo: We dont carry Grog so we cant say for sure, but if it is designed to flow through a marker it should be okay.

Question: Will the white Marsh T-grade flow well in this marker?
ArtPrimo: yes works in this or in a UNI

Question: Will molotov alcohol permanent work?
ArtPrimo: Should be fine- Permanent Paint is designed for use with markers as well as mops.

Question: how many ML does this marker hold? would OTR stainless dirty chrome be fine in it?
ArtPrimo: Have not used Stainless in a while, but if my memory is correct they should be compatible. Worth a shot.

Question: Can I put pilot ink in these or is that to thin that it will leak?
ArtPrimo: Should be fine.

Question: Will the smash ink v0.2 Crome dry up quick in this empty pixo .38
ArtPrimo: You should be okay- think of it like a Uni.

Question: Does the molotow one4all streak through this? The smash silver streaks a lot for me in this marker. I’m looking for something less streaky and maybe more conspicuous with the smell.
ArtPrimo: Try the Molotow Permanent Paint. You may want to try thinning your formula.

Question: Can I use “hard to buff 970” or “molotow speedflow” in this puppy? And also I’ve had a terrible leaking issue from day one, any advice?
ArtPrimo: Yes, both of those inks will work. Re:leaking, if the leak is coming from where the marker twists on, then it is not properly threaded. Unscrew the two parts, clean the leak and try again. Email us if you need extra help [email protected]

Question: How many ounces of ink does it hold?
ArtPrimo: Hi there, by our measurement this marker holds just under 30ml (1oz). Capacity may vary based on the mixing balls you use.

Question: Can spring fever be used in it or only ink?
ArtPrimo: You can use a pigment-based formula, but make sure it is one optimized for use in markers. Try Smash Ink, Molotow One4All, or OTR 902.

Question: With mixing ball?
ArtPrimo: Yes, the Pixo has a metal mixing ball.

Question: Id there a bullet bib that will fit on here?
ArtPrimo: We have not found one yet. Stay tuned.

Question: Will there be replacement nibs back soon? I prefer the Pixo. 38 nib to the Uni PX30 nib, your nibs are a bit more sturdy so more versatile. I plan using marsh and sf together.

Question: is molotow permanent paint thin enough to flow through? thinking about mixing it with some Garvey ????
ArtPrimo: It should be fine, but YMMV depends on the mix you create. Experiment with it and have fun.

Question: Do the nibs stay in the valve better than on the PX-30s or is it about the same?
ArtPrimo: Great question- we have not had the nib issues with the Pixo that we have with the px-30. It's a tighter fit.

Question: Will Art Primo come up with refills of their own soon? Like BLK, WHT, or SLVR. If so I hope it’s xylene based wit good pigments.

Question: Will One4All flow through?
ArtPrimo: Yes, it will.

Question: Always been curious about xylene based liquids in metal body markers. Does the xylene not eat the plastic valve over time?
ArtPrimo: Different kinds of plastic react with inks differently- ink that weakens a soft, squeezable plastic may not react with a harder type etc.

Question: Would I be able to use OTR Soul Tip paint or should I just stink to using ink?
ArtPrimo: You can use paints with smaller particles- the OTR should be just fine.

Question: Does the molotow 311em nib work/fit with this marker?
ArtPrimo: Use the Uni replacement nib for best results.

Question: Is the marker easier to open then the Uni also it it reverse threaded?
ArtPrimo: It's similar to opening a Uni in difficulty- which is to say pretty straight forward :)

Question: Will current Dr Gutz flow through that nib?
ArtPrimo: It might, but it will likely streak- don't worry, we're working on something special for markers. Stay tuned!
snot1: I dumped some dr guts in an empty uni px30 about a month ago... Question: How small is it and how much paint /ink can it hold ,plus when is a video demo coming out
ArtPrimo: With the cap, the marker measures 4.5". Without the cap, from the shoulder of the barrel to the base of the marker it is 2.5". The body of the marker holds approximately 1oz (30ml) of ink.
