Question: Could I put this stuff in a krink k 24 ?

Question: Why are the quarts $250 while the 120ml are $15 when a quart is only like 950ml? It’s cheaper to buy 10 small ones. It it because of shipping or are the quarts are hard to get/sell? Thanks one love
ArtPrimo: Quarts are deadstock collectibles, the smaller bottles are new stock.

Question: Who I gotta simp for to get a quart of white OG Marsh? A can of this is my desktop wallpaper because I miss it so much.
ArtPrimo: We have quarts available for sale on the site currently. They are new, old stock- so the OG formula.

Question: I cannot get this to flow reliably into the nib of my Marsh 99. I've tried thinning it with acetone and roughing up the nib. I also cleaned the market out with acetone before I used it. Any other ideas? Or is K Grade the only thing that works with the 99?

Question: will this mix well with OTR flowpen ink?
ArtPrimo: Yes.

Question: What's a good way to thin down the white marsh? I'm all about the marsh/garvey combo for the black and it conveniently thins it down, but how can i keep an opaque white in a marker? magic ink?
ArtPrimo: You can add acetone which will thin it down a bit. Be careful you don/t add too much or you/ll thin it down and make it transparent. ADD A MIXING BALL!

Question: Bit of an odd question but do these expire fast? specifically the white. I'm looking at getting a tin but I want to make it stretch for a year.

I'll be shaking it hard out every so often so it doesn't get too caked too lol. Quite the investment so I wan't to make sure.

ArtPrimo: No, this has no expiration date. Make sure you seal this back up tightly after every use.

Question: If you mix 50/50 gravey and marsh T-grade what would be a better choice for a louder tone of colour red or blue marsh???
ArtPrimo: Garvey is purple, so it would muddy both red and blue Marsh when mixed.

ArtPrimo: It should, this marker is specifically made for Marsh K-Grade which has a similar viscosity.

Question: Can this ink be used in the marsh fountain brush?
ArtPrimo: We recommend using the K-Grade only.

ArtPrimo: The White is so heavily pigmented that that question has be a little perplexed. I always say Marsh does great in a mop but if you need to put it in a marker stay on the larger side, perhaps a Molotow or OTR Jumbo 15mm. Loosen the fibers to help the pigment feed through.

Question: Marsh T Grade has been discontinued and replaced by Marsh with some "eco-friendly" bullsh*t right? That's why you guys don't have the black in right now? If you didn't know that or don't believe me go to marsh's website. They T-Grade Ink doesn't even show up in the search anymore. ;(
ArtPrimo: Not sure where you/re getting your info from. We/ll have our restock by the end of the year.

ArtPrimo: Both have their attributes. White is a bit more high maintenance but it/s superb. It/s really up to what you need it for.

ArtPrimo: It will vertainly stain because it is so heavily pigmented. Not sure about UV resistant.

ArtPrimo: Thinning this with something like Garvey would be money and a good choice for Molotow 20mm T-tip nibs. Be sure to play with your Marsh to Garvey portions.

Question: if i were to use this ink in doors, would it smell pretty bad? is this only for outdoor use?
ArtPrimo: Its an industrial ink with Xylene in it. You probably should use it in a ventilated area. At the very least put a fan in the window.

ArtPrimo: Probaly too thin for a standard brush. Maybe a Sumi Brush though.

ArtPrimo: Stay off the Youtube comments and go paint. Dont worry if your kiwi is sucking in. thats a normal response to the solvents and has no affect on the performance. The only people who care about that doent write graffiti. They display markers on shelves for all of Youtube to see.

and if i order the T-grade to canada will i get an at door charge.

ArtPrimo: We haven't done this test. They are both very fade resistant and I can assure you that you cannot go wrong with either inks.

ArtPrimo: no. DYE INKS ONLY

Question: I got a quart of the black, but no matter how much I shake it up, whenever I pour it out, I only get the thin solvent with enough pigment to make it a bit grey. Help me out, AP!

ArtPrimo: depends on the marker. Experiment and have fun. If you mix it with some things and it doesnt work in your maker then pour it back into your mop. No problem.

ArtPrimo: I think those colors were discontinued several years ago.

Question: I just ordered a quart of the black, will you need to open it up and stir in the pigment like you do in the white, or will a good shakin' suffice?
ArtPrimo: a good shaking will suffice. That is only an issue with light colors. This is because light colors require a greater amount of pigment to have the same consistency as a dark color. This is also the case in spay paints. In particular whites and light pinks. Shake them really well!

Question: Say tgrade is so thick I'm havin a hard time breaking in my m99 shuld I delute it out with some Garvey or just keep workin in the tgrade?
ArtPrimo: t grade is perfect with the Marsh 99 but if you want drips then add a little garvey.

Question: is the white marsh opaque? is it streaky? does it work in mopsbecause i used smashink in a mop and the mop head got soft, expanded and fell off and it was not opaque at ALL. if you can answer the q's id be appreciated thanks!!!!
ArtPrimo: The only nib that expands is the big squeeze. I wouldn't use solvent based inks with big squeeze markers, if you dont know to reinforce them first. Smash white is very opaque and you will not find a more opaque white other than the Marsh. But white Marsh comes with a lot of pigment settled at the bottom, that you will need to physically stir in. Shaking alone wont work. These products require someone with a bit of knowledge to get the best results. For you to keep things easy, I would just use the Soul Tip white. Its alcohol based and will work fine with the big squeeze.

Question: i tried opening up the tin with wrench and end up messing the top the first time i am very bummed about it, do u guys have other method to open it since when it is brand new its really hard to open it i ended up having to electrical tape it

ArtPrimo: Why is it always "will this ink work with that ink"? Its not that hard ese. When I was your age we did a little thing called experimentation. It facilitated another little thing called Learning. You should try it sometime. do you kids really think I am going to sit down and try every possible combination? Why dont you try it for yourself and leave a review in the product descriptions. That said, I see no reason why any of those inks will have any problem working with marsh.

ArtPrimo: I have been using marsh in easy squeezes and drip mops for years. Its fine baby boy.

ArtPrimo: well. It will be too much for the tin. And it might be a bit thin.

ArtPrimo: I'm not a huge fan of the tank marker but yes it will work great mixed with Garvey. I am not sure about by itself. Give it a try and let us know.

ArtPrimo: T-Grade is the Classic pigmented ink. Its not a Dye but mixes well with them. Its also one of the hardest to buff inks out there. And if you do the math its half the price of any ink out there. Crew up with your homies and step to the real. All the other black are fakes.
