Question: Will yellow ever get restocked?
ArtPrimo: We do not have plans to restock the yellow at this time.

Question: did these used to have more colors a while back? i had a almost fluorescent orange that i liked a lot from several years ago but it looks like it doesn’t exist anymore :(
ArtPrimo: Yes, we have made or make these in Red, Silver, White, Black, Gold, Blue, Neon Pink and Neon Orange. We will restock them soon.

Question: Just got one of these from my local shop shook very well and what’s coming out is closer to water then paint idk if it sat too long or something but is there a way to fix it
ArtPrimo: Hi there- It may seem crazy, but you need to keep shaking it until you can hear the ball rattling fast and loose in the body of the marker. These markers are xylene-based and prone to separation if they sit in one position (like a shelf or cup) for a long time. Keep mixing and have faith!

Question: Can I refill my white one with white marsh? Or is the xylene too strong in the marsh and gonna warp the plastic
ArtPrimo: You can refill this with white Marsh, but it's a formula with a different viscosity. Squeezers are fine with Xylene- they're Xylene based as well.

Question: Any indication if refills are still in the works, potentially soon?
ArtPrimo: Try the OTR 990 or a mix with Marsh- we hope to have refills soon, but that should hold you over.

Question: Got the red one and it won\'t write on anything, glass or nothing. Gonna try thinning the paint out and see what\'s sup. I\'m thinking it\'s sh*t paint, marker is probably fine.
ArtPrimo: Hi there! It sounds like you either have a clogged nib or the paint hasn\'t been shaken enough- these are oil-based industrial paints with a heavy pigment load. Shake VERY well. Email us a video if you\'re still having issues, we\'ll help you out.

Question: hard to squeeze and the paint is hard to come out:/
ArtPrimo: Hi! You might not be shaking your marker enough- these contain a potent blend of pigments, shake really well before use. The thicker plastic is necessary to contain the xylene based paint but will soften over time. :)

Question: Ay yo is this product refillable?
ArtPrimo: Hi there. AP Squeezers are refillable, yes. The heads are reverse threaded.

Question: Bought in red and the paint just doesn’t come out
ArtPrimo: Hi there- If you\'re having issues with flow, be sure to shake the marker well before using. If you\'ve shaken it already, you may need to squeeze a little harder. Shoot us an email and we can help you out further if need be.

Question: i love my silver squeezer! what type of silver paint/ink do you suggest refilling it with to keep getting the same results?

ArtPrimo: Squeezers are Xylene-based, so try Magic Ink for refills.

Question: How many tags could you get out of one of these with no drips?
ArtPrimo: This does not compute.
These are not marketed to drip. Go ahead and grab one of these. Once you have it you/ll understand better what you can do with it.

But sadly, no drips ;( (AP REPLY: if you squeeze really hard you can more paint out of the maker BUT you risk damaging the nib and going through the paint a lot faster. Question: Which is closer to the krink yellow? The "Yellow", or the "neon yellow"? Cuz Im lookin for a schoolbus kinda color. Also you guys need a color chart for these xD
ArtPrimo: That is a brilliant idea.
For some reason I thought we already did. The standard yellow will but it/s still not quite a Mustard. You should be able to mix these so get the color you need.

Question: ayo ap, i ordered 2 of these, a green and a blue, the green works fine but i couldn't get the blue one to work. is there like a strategy for this?
ArtPrimo: Press down on the applicator and squeeze to release paint. If you still have issues give us a call; 206.365.4083

Question: Yo will it work if it was refilled with steel blitz ink,and how tough are the tips on this can i write on cement or brick...thanks.
ArtPrimo: This works well with the Smash Paint, I am sure it would push the Blitz out with ease.

Don't be so hard on this marker, although if you're careful you could write on anything if you want to write on brick and cement the Blitz would be a better choice.

Question: What's the difference between Magenta and Neon Pink?
ArtPrimo: The Magenta is more "Magentaey" as it has some purple in it. Neon Pink is like the name says. A bright florescent neon.

Question: why u guys change the label?
ArtPrimo: We didn't. Even if we did. Does it matter?

Question: ive got like 4 of these now theyre sickk. but u say theyre refillable but the tops are either on super duty tough tight or like glued i dont know cuz im not able to get them off and one cap cracked at the plastic... another one clogged after a long day if use. anyway would be cool if u sold these empty and/or made them easier to refill
ArtPrimo: Selling them empty is next level! That would be tight, we will have to talk to our New Products team!

ArtPrimo: Yes. Check our recent blog about this.

Question: what kinda ink is in these little bastards?
ArtPrimo: Its a proprietary blend of multiple inks. It has Xylene like Marsh ink and Smash, but is designed to go on thicker and more permanently.

Question: Hey what ml or oz is inside them?
ArtPrimo: About 3/4 oz.

Question: What type of ink is this filled with, and do you sell it in 8 oz quantittys?
ArtPrimo: This has a thick Xylene-based paint in it. Unfortunately we don't have refills for them.... yet!
