Question: How tight do you screw the cap on? The nib is very saturated with ink after I recap it.
ArtPrimo: We recommend twisting the cap on all the way before returning a mop to your pocket. You can email us pics if you are having issues and would like us to take a closer look.

Question: i used one for all in it primed nib would get a flow then it streaks with almost no flow ? what im i doing wrong i replaced it with marsh writes better. should i have thinned it? and if yes what acetone or mineral turpentine? i have thinner but it curdles everything
ArtPrimo: Hi there-
Sounds like you have a clogged nib- might be from not shaking the paint enough before filling the marker. Clean out the nib/body, reshake the refill and give it another shot.

Question: Could i run some otr hard 2 buff through this?
ArtPrimo: Yes, definitely.

Question: If I use Paint ( Otr paint) in this will it last longer since less comes out?
ArtPrimo: Hello- the length of time your mop lasts will be affected by how much you use it. A mop with a smaller head will use less on an identically sized tag than a larger nib, so in that sense yes.

ArtPrimo: Remove the nib and refill from the top.

ArtPrimo: It depends on what you need it to do and what time if ink/ paint you have at home. Rule of thumb. Ink = Toxic Shocker / Paint = Mini Crush

Question: Can you use homemade Ink for this empty marker and my homemade is Blaster inks very buffproof and it's half pilot mixed with sharpies inks and dyes from the printer too.
ArtPrimo: Yes, any dye based inks that are thin super easy!

Question: I know it's been asked before, "how's smash in this marker", but I'm wondering something a little more specific: have you used smash Gold in this marker, and is it still nice and golden, or does it get a bit streaky and gross? Because as much as I love drips, this marker conserves ink super well, and I like to use it with the more expensive inks (molotow and smash). I'm just making sure the non-squeeze style doesn't interfere with the colour of the gold. Thanks!

ArtPrimo: You can use Smash in these. You might have to work harder for drips.

ArtPrimo: In short, yes. But Caveat Emptor. Not all paint is the same. You will need to experiment.

ArtPrimo: eventually. Just buy extra nibs when you get one of these. They are cheap.

ArtPrimo: 1 is 2.7 but idk what the other is. You didnt say. This is a simple question to answer. Fill your mop, go paint empty, fill and repeat.

ArtPrimo: This is the toxic shocker homie. Check the Nibs tab. The flowpen nibs are in there and they are 15mm not 5

Question: What is the most opaque ink/paint with the brightest colors that can work with this thing thanks a lot.
ArtPrimo: We recommended dye inks for this, not paint. But you can use whatever you want. many people have used paint in this and are happy. They have used Smash, .401, grog Full Metal etc...

Question: i have one filled with playa blue smash and when i write, the first half of the tag is really drippy and yhe second half is really transpearent and almost streaky. i mean ups are ups even if they are streaky but is there a reason why its doing this? or a way to fix it?

ArtPrimo: It may dry up quickly if you do. Throw the smash ink in the Squeazy E or the Drip Mop mini. Put Money shot in you Toxic Shocker.

ArtPrimo: might want to thin the smash down a bit. you can try adding some garvey to make it flow better also.

Question: for me at least, the nib is hard to remove. what do you reccomend i do to refill it?
ArtPrimo: You can either rock the nib back and forth till it comes off or you can use a razor or another object to flip it off. To refill just pour ink into the opening where the nib goes.

ArtPrimo: Its very easy. Pull off the nib and pour ink into the marker.
