Question: How does this steel tip compare to the AP Squeezer, OTR metal tip, or a Metal Head® writer? Does it give a wider line? Why is it so expensive?
ArtPrimo: Hi there! This is an industrial grade steel tip. We have found it to be almost identical in durability and construction to the AP 2oz Metal Nib Empty.

Question: Will these fit in your pocket or are they too big?
ArtPrimo: Depends on the size of your pocket. Maybe!

Question: What kind of ink would you use to refill one of these? the original color in it was blue.
ArtPrimo: 901 Soultip paint will do great!

Question: I just got my marker, been shaking it but its not working. First time using a marker like this, am I suppose to take of the tip and take out the red cap thing
ArtPrimo: There/s a red stopper under the applicator. You may take that out by unscrewing the top.

Question: how can I remove this off a mirror?
ArtPrimo: Any solvent or scrape it.

Question: could i exchange the steel tip to a brush or mop???
ArtPrimo: You can make it a mop

ArtPrimo: only if you have basic motor skills.

Question: i got this marker a week ago and it work great intill the little ball point fell out of place, how do i fix it
ArtPrimo: it may be broken. If it is the Krink Steel tips can be replaced with the steel tip heads.
