We process orders received before 2pm PST same day. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped from our warehouse. For most locations in the continental US, we suggest you allow 3-5 business days from shipment for your order to arrive.

PayPal is the simplest way to checkout on our site, but we have other options if that's not your bag. Pay with a credit card by selecting "Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal" and clicking "Confirm Order". On the next page, scroll down past the PayPal box to the credit card option and enter your payment information. Done and done!

If you don't have a bank-issued debit card or credit card, we recommend using Zelle, PayPal, or a pre-paid gift card. When checking out on mobile, you may also use Venmo.

If your tracking number isn't working, try copying and pasting the number into Google for better results. As a general guide, tracking numbers that start with the following pre-fixes are associated with these carriers:

Definitely! We can ship almost all of our products internationally, provided they are NOT Haz-Mat or aerosol. At checkout, we will provide shipping estimates based on the weight of your package.  There is also an option for a Special Shipping Quote- the final cost is not $9.99; that amount is only a deposit on the eventual shipping total. If you select Special Quote, we will send you a bill for the balance of your shipping total before your order is processed.  Please note: Your payment to AP does not include taxes or tariffs that may be incurred via international shipping.

Once your order has left the US mail system the tracking number we issue may stop updating. Depending on where you live, a VAT or brokerage fee may be applied to your shipment by customs upon arrival in the destination country. This tax is mandated by your local government and unfortunately, not something we have control over.

We do not offer gift cards online, but we would be happy to assist you in putting a custom gift together. Simply email us with the amount you'd like to spend and information about the lucky recipient... we'll do the rest! If the giftee is an Art Primo customer, we can even reference their purchase history to find the perfect complement to their collection.
