EDIT TO FIRST REVIEW AP PLS ADD THIS TO MY OTHER REVIEW

Edit: On second thought, the nibs that come with this mop are absolute sh*t! Just cop a five pack of the toxic shocker nibs, cuz they flow waaaaay better and are pretty tear resistant. REMEMBER THO, NO ROUGH SURFACES! Stick to glass, plastic, wood, metal, and other smooth surfaces. This sh*t works like a charm with ink. You can get smooth lines, or sloppy as f*ck drips. Either way you like it, this mop gets the job done. Great everyday pocket mop. PICK THIS sh*t UP NOW ALONG WITH A DRIP MOP MINI, CUTTY MOP, AND A SQUEEZE E!!!!!! btw art primo mops are probably the best mops on the market, but otr mops are decent too, the 005 just comes with sh*tty nibs (the 006 and 007 nibs are fine tho) Molotow mops are a bit harder to squeeze, but the nibs have HELLA flow.
So anyhow, pick one of these up and a 5 pack of toxic shocker nibs today!

Ya so I copped this, and I filled it up with some Illadel Violet Black Label ink, and it when I first juiced it up with the flow regulator in it was great! But after a minute or two it started streaking really bad, so I removed the restricter. It was still streaking. Then I took scissors and trimmed the hairs on the nib a bit and took a saftey clip and poked some holes in the nib. Now it works fine.

I used these mops for a long time before switching to AP's own mops...

All of the OTR mops like this are excellent for use with a paint. I actually used the Steel Blitz with the smaller OTR mop with great success. The mohair nib holds up very well depending on the surface you are writing on. Writing on smooth surfaces like metal, glass or plastic will ensure a much longer nib life but the nid is very cheap to replace anyway...

However, it does have a downfall. If you're using a xylene based product like Marsh or Smash, the neck will stretch out and start to leak after about 3-4 refills. It's the xylene itself that causes it. Xylene is a corrosive liquid and it attacks the
PET plastic these are made of...

This is my 'daily' marker and I love it! I regularly refer to it as "My Bestfriend".

I've been using this with OTR paints for months and it always does exactly what I want. Smooth clean tags when I want them, and drippy messy tags when I am in the mood for those. I only experience issues with dripping/leaking when the tip gets worn too thin and is about to go. Replacing the tip always restores to perfect working order. Even with the flow regulator installed in the tip and using thick paint (OTR paint is thick compared to ink), I can get plenty of drips and the capacity easily lasts me through a normal day. I have a few other mops (AP Squeazy E, fullsize OTR Soultip, 15mm valve marker, etc) that all have larger capacities and I carry those for heavy bombing, but this one is perfect for when I'm not bombing: going to grab a bite to eat, work, etc.. this mop is literally ALWAYS in my pocket and hasn't done me wrong!

If you want a pocket size marker for the times when you can't carry a fullsize mop, you could do much worse than the .005!

For a time this was my favorite mop, then the accident happened and I haven't quite been the same since.... REGARDLESS it has a good capacity and a tough mohair nib, thats where the good ends though. In my experience it doesn't clog as a previous reviewer stated, quite the opposite, it leaked. When filled with thinner inks like Grog and Coversall it tended to leak from just under the nib, and this occurred with two separate mops with several replaced nibs. It really is a shame because its such a beautiful mop and left such clean lines and had great drip control. I'm giving it a 2/5 for amazing potential but a severe lack of followthrough. (apreply) I have ran Coversall through these with no problems. I think you have other problems. You have probably experienced either a single flawed mop, or you refilled it multiple times and the mop has swelled from solvents. I that's the case then you probably need to buy a new one. Mops are to be used forever.

stop tagging around the house & f your phone booth. go play hopscotch.
the long mohair nibs are all i go for. the felt nibs & sponge nibs get destroyed too easily. this marker & nib is a beast.
