Answer:(AP Reply)The ones still available are the OG markers. They're amazing and we wish we could bring back the entire line!

Regarding Xylene, it is a more potent blend than alcohol or water-based markers. We recommend always using permanent markers in areas that are well ventilated- just like you should wear a respirator when you paint.

Question: So I shook the f*ck out of the marker and it's still this light, dusty purple color, nothing like the picture or the other descriptions. Also the metal bottom of the marker body is bulging outward, first a little, now more and more (because I shook it up more thinking that was the problem). Haha, I think I got a dud marker! Question: Yo AP I understand how to refill this marker and I understand that you should use half smash half dye ink. However, I am trying to refill this marker because I'm cheap and I don't want to specially buy smash ink for it. I know I would obviously end up using the smash for future uses but I'm just wondering if there is a more "homemade" formula for refilling these that doesn't require specifically smash ink. Thanks.

Answer:(AP Reply)Push harder to release more paint from the valve. It also helps to allow gravity to help so hold the marker at a higher angles so paint 'flows' out faster.

Answer:(AP Reply)Although theoretically you can refill these, they are not specifically marketed to refill. It's not something we should advertise since it's a little more intensive... That being said let's just say a little birdy on our AP Forums may have a tutorial listed for the curious....

Question: What color do you think is the most opaque and also pops the most?
Answer:(AP Reply)Black would be the one. But that's not why you buy this marker. They are a 50% paint / 50% dye mix. Maximum opacity isn't the point. Mad flow, stains, more durability & fade resistance than a dye marker are the characteristics that make this marker what it is. If you want opaque then get a Moltow Oneforall 627.

Answer:(AP Reply)Yes. You gotta push the valve open with the nib off. 1/2 Smash and 1/2 dye ink. And you will have it.

Answer:(AP Reply)Its not intended to be refilled but it can. You just have to push the valve in with a pin and pour in the ink.

Question: Do these show up good on dark surfaces good like paint markers because i know they are dye and smash... that is the only thing that is holding me back frum buying them
Answer:(AP Reply)Since this is a dye and paint mixture it's not going to and pop! on darker surfaces like a straight paint marker. It will do well on porous surfaces like wood and stain surfaces like metal. That's the tight thing about this marker is it will do 2 things for you, one cover and two stain. Boom, boom, Knock Out!

Violet is the best.

Question: I'm finally curious enough to try these after hearing about them for a very long time. Are these like or similar to paint markers? I'm looking to try them out, but I wanted to know if I would be able to write over surfaces without having other inks under my writing to bleed through. Thanks

U got Purp' (which is amazing), but i need Red + Black in my arsenal, too: Black cuz its a drippity classic of course & Red cuz ive seen the bleed-thru power of it!... Being able to see it after ATLEAST 6 coats of bucket premium white & i Still see my name clearly! f*ck: Krink's Red Bleed-Thru couldnt even do that Even after i dumped an entire packet of red bleed-thru additive into a new marker _& thats not just a front when i say that!

Wanna show toys that SmashKO's are better than Krink K-71's???You GOTTA Make a vid to show how your SmashKO Red can bleed-thru Better than the over-priced & over-hyped Krink Red Bleed-thru!! In bucket Latex white, especially with Behr, your Smash comes thru with clarity! Krink's bleed-thru will bleed through spray-paint well, but MOST places use bucket, which your Red KO is more likely to eat its way to the top!!!

Answer:(AP Reply)You can. You just need a really thin nail to push the valve in. It's just like refilling a pentel shorty. 60% smash and 40% dye will be your "ghetto" mix. It's not exactly the same but dope
