are these opaque? a lot of Neon paints are transparent

(AP Reply) The nature of Neon Pigments are fickle. Meaning in any brand of paint it will be hard to create a truly opaque color. When made, they end up being really dense with heavy mixing required. Our suggestion is to use this in a mop form where you can lay down more paint then a fiber nib.

(AP Reply) Are you worried about fading? ALL Neon paints fade in direct sunlight. If doing a mural then clear coats will help a lot with that.
