(AP Reply) Hard To Buff traditionally comes in a pump marker (See OTR 070 and 170 H2B Markers) since the Pilot is a free-flowing, you run the risk of gumming up your nib. I would suggest sticking to Pilot ink which is pretty inexpensive.

Do you know if you can remove the refill cap from this bottle and screw it on to a bottle of SoulTip or FlowPen ink for easier refills?
