What is your refund policy? :
We will refund or exchange new and unused items within the 30 days of purchase.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred. We reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee.
If you feel that your product is defective or damaged; please call or email us.
Non-Aerosol items should be shipped back to our PO Box, with USPS, with delivery confirmation. Please include your full name, order #, phone # and reason for return.
Once we receive your item, we will contact you.
Aerosol items require special shipping. Please contact us about exchanges or returns on all aerosol products.
