(AP Reply) No. Its not formulated for Graff art. But is it the most shiny chrome I have ever used? Yes. So if you are painting something that requires a really goo chrome then look no further.

(AP Reply) I am very hesitant to say yes to questions like this. It depends on your standard of "fine" and if you correctly prep and apply the paint. Is this high quality silver spray? Yes, better than what you can get at O'riley Auto Parts. But does it replace chrome? No.
