but the reward of the risk is great. it lasts forever and you cant see it when you put it on pretty much.
i think if you take all the precautions it should be fine

Yeah for real, I'm not sure they would even carry sh*t THAT powerful at most stores, especially for dumb kids to acquire and f*ck with.

I've bought etch at art stores and hardware stores, (Not always name brand 'Etch Bath', but window matte solution all the same.) they carded me. Can't seem to find it anywhere except online these days though.

I've got Etchall Dip 'n Etch but even tho it looks like it etched the glass it wipes right off even when left for a long time... i put it plain on a mop, is there anything i'm doing wrong (or not doing that i should do) ?

Help me out plz, (here or PM)

i would say you may have to dilute it with something, is it the creamy etch your using or the liquid bath?

The dip n' etch i have is the liquid kind, but i've managed to get the "most common" and well known etch bath

Image it works good but anyone had any tips on how to make it more it more powerful/whiter ?

I tried using it on a molotow empty marker like this
Image but it doesnt seem to work that good, the only good results i've had is from using it on a mop... i've seen a lot of etch tags done with markers, any clues on what am i doing wrong\not doing ? you can PM if you like.

cheers

In my opinion, mops and roller ball markers work better for etch, because of how well they apply thicker liquids

The Etchall Dip 'n Etch wiped right off and it wasnt plexy glass i can tell the difference, besides i've hit the same spot with etch bath and it worked fine.

perhaps the other etch is not as fast acting? or it is not being put on thick enough

most cities will attempt to wipe off etch quickly before it becomes too damaged

The etchall dip n etch Image is as thin as water, even after being on the glass for weeks all it left was a really faded ghost, but if you dip a piece of glass on the bottle it etches perfect and strong, weird stuff.

Still trying to figure out how to make etch bath (the good one) work perfect on a marker though... any ideas ?
