If they went over the numbers they wouldn't have waited a year+ to buff them, but that might be the problem with the recent pieces getting buffed.

I find on the north east coast, specially the miami to maine line gets buffed more in the summer. prolly cuz their lazy and dont wanna buff in the cold. maybe they just got their yearly budget granted and can now buff after waiting for a hot minute.

It might just be a scheduled refurb. It might not have anything to do with graff. a lot of the rail refurbishers are up there We actually have sold rustos to a few of them.

id say give it a few weeks then start hitting them frights again..give them time to gett there summer time buffing out of the way..alot of the workers and city workers sat around all winter with nothing to do,so now that its nice they gotta get out there and do some work..also this is the time of yr they hire summer help so they send them out to do sh*t like that

It could be a way to keep railworkers employed in a slow economy. If they ain't movin get em refurbished.

Railworkers generally dont care about writers, aslong as you dont go over the numbers. and if you do, write them up clearly.
