Molotow 128PP Fineliner Questions And Answers
Question: when will black be back in stock/do these have the brush nib if no does this fit the brush replacement nib?
Answer: (AP Reply) Not sure, sorry friend. This marker body does not offer a brush nib. Closest would be the calligraphy nib.
Question: can you get this marker with the 1.5 mm crossover nib?
Answer: (AP Reply) The nib can only be purchased separately.
Question: Will these work well with the One4All series?
Answer: (AP Reply) Yes absolutely. Its made to work with them.
(Selak Says:) Just to follow up, I returned 2 out of the 3 of these that I bought. The white was "eh" at best, barely opaque, and the paint was super thick (yes, I shook the marker), and clogged the nib in minutes. The black came out purple; now, from talking to the AP representative, I understand that the black isn't actually black, but they think it's a coversall ink derivative, which would explain the purple tint, however I did want a black fine liner, not a dark purple one. The chrome is sick af, just get extra nibs for when they clog. AP was great, and replaced the two nibs that weren't working, as well as the markers themselves. If you're going to buy these, stick with the metallics, and if you're looking for a white fine liner, grab a Molotow One4All White EF Marker.(APREPLY) Strange. There has to be something else going on here. Because I have never had that problem with the white. Quite the opposite actually. I prefer it to the regular 127 white, which is fantastic.
  (Selak Says:) Great.
Question: What is the 2mm replacemant nib that fits these called? Is it just not in stock right now? Thanks
Answer: (AP Reply) This one!
Question: Do these have the same problems that the Pilot metallic fine-points have? With Pilot's, they're always clogging and when I pump the nib down gently to get more ink flow, I end up with a huge puddle of ink on the paper. Even when I clean the nib with thinner, it doesn't seem to help..
Answer: (AP Reply) You cant fight physics. Just like Grey dots eventually it will clog. Although these are much easier to clean with Acetone and we also sell replacement nibs, unlike Pilot.
