*ADDENDUM: Due to both the somewhat high cost Yet extreme ease of refill, it's dumb not to buy any of these without buying extra nibs.

We all know Krink costs a grip (just buy Nibs) But I have to tend to agree w/ some (many?) that the water-based ink in these could DEF be better: I think KR's company has been making more water-based markers to get his products into more chain-stores, just like Molotow & Montana have managed to do in HobbyLobby & Michaels w/ their water-based markers being stocked on shelves throughout the stores!

The One thing that cannot be denied is that the Bodies (valves, nibs, etc) or the k71, 73, & Especially this smaller 72 are all great! Like writing w/ a valve-based chisel-tip OTR OO6.
I'm all about the smaller size: the key is just to fill it w/ what u want if u don't like its water-based guts... It's ALL elementary at this point.

- Buy a Black k72 & fill with SpeedFlow & Love it!
- Buy a Red k72 (Red's been the easiest to empty/rinse imo), empty, rinse, & fill w/ Pilot Red or Black (add a pinch of stainer if u got it).
- Buy red, rinse it thorough, & fill it w/ Prisma's Xylene Silver! (I heard silver xylene markers are free, but don't quote me.)

Hard to rate a costly marker w/ ink I don't like, but the entire build of this small pocket (or backpack stash-pocket) friendly marker is too nice to give it just a 3)... & God Knows Krink will Never sell empties, so I gotta go w/ 4/5

when i first saw this thing i was like
WOOHOO half the ink for the same price as a k 71
..so i put it in my cart and i was quite happy with my purchase after all.
there is very little odor
and once you are done with your inside job refill this baby with some outdoor ink like do em dirty or marsh and voila you got a sexy, small street marker

This marker is great. Same as the k-71, but obviously half the size. (perfect for the pocket) I never used the water based ink in it, I just dumped it and put garvey in there. (although water based would be good if you need it to be odorless.) In my opinion, this marker is of perfect construction and always comes through. It gives you a lot of control over the flow, and holds a lot of ink. Perfect pen to always have on you. (PS when I dumped it, it had 3, yes THREE large glass beads in it! cray-zee)
