When will I receive my order?:

Most USPS orders are received within 2 to 5 business days of payment.

If your product subtotal is over $50; or if you ordered spray paint, your order will be shipped via ground shipping (UPS,Fedex,Ontrac). Ground shipping takes between 1 to 5 business days.

We maintain a warehouse in Seattle as well as a fulfillment center in St Louis. Please check the following to get estimated ground shipping from each facility:

Expedited shipping is available. Please choose your option when checking out.

International orders take around 1 to 2 weeks to deliver. If you haven't received your item within this time frame, please contact us right away.

How do I pay with a Money Order?:

Although Money orders are accepted, you should know that they have the longest wait time of all payment options. Getting a pre-paid debit card, or a Visa or Mastercard gift card is advised so you can avoid the two week turn around compared to money orders. If you still want to pay by money order, here is how it's done:

1. Create an account on the Art Primo Site.
2. Add the items you want to your shopping cart.
3. Proceed through the Checkout process.
4. When you get to the payment options section, select Pay by Phone or Money Order.
5. Print out the order.
6. Go get your money order. Make sure it's for the grand total on your order, not the subtotal.
7. Save your money order receipt. This is proof that you have purchase the money order.
8. Place the money order and the printed invoice from your order in an envelope. Then put our full address on it and place the appropriate amount of postage on it.
9. In about two weeks, you should receive an email saying that your money order has been processed.
10. You should then receive another email with your tracking number.
11. You can track your order to see when it will arrive

I don't have a credit or debit card, and I don't want to get a money order because they take a while. How else can I pay for my order?:

If you don't have a bank issued debit card, you can always get a pre-paid debit card. These are available at many stores. This is a great option for people who don't have credit cards, but would like to still shop online. Here are a few tips to make your purchase process easy. Generate your order with the Money order/pay by phone method. Once you get your order total, load the card and put a few extra dollars beyond your order total. Meaning, if your order is 29.78, put a few extra dollars on the pre-paid card. This is because Paypal bills $1 temporarily to validate the card. This money is put back on the card within 24 hours. To pay online you will need to activate the card with your zip code. If you are unable to do so, then please call us to pay over the phone.
