Hey what's up AP, I put in my order Friday morning (paint, ground delivery) and it's now Monday, late afternoon and the status still says Processing. I was just wondering why the package hasn't been sent out yet. This isn't really a complaint, I just want to have an idea of when it's going to be sent out because I was planning on using it this weekend. Usually when I order from you guys and I put in the order in the morning, it gets sent out the same day. Alright thanks, any response is much appreciated. |

Hey there,
Hard to say though this Q&A. I don't have any info on your account here other than the fact you are in Mass. Assuming that, your order would have went to the St Louis fulfillment center. Depending on the time placed, it would have shipped Friday eve or Monday morning. Most likely the tracking email didn't go through but it's on the way. Either way you will get it in time, as Mass is only 2 business days away. Still, cant be sure as I don't have your order number.
