My Smash ink teal legit 8oz lost about 1/4 of it's ink on the way to it's destination, it leaked all over the bottle, is that why you guys threw in a free gift pack? Or is that normal with every order. |

So we went to your local post office while it was in transit and damaged to put a free pack in it? If so then we might as well put in a fresh bottle. Friend you need to call us right away. That was clearly damaged in transit. |
