OPENING RECEPTION FOR ALL WORK AND NO PLAY…
W2P

In mid-December Art Primo Seattle unveiled ALL WORK AND NO PLAY… and we can’t believe how fast the last month has gone by! A massive group show featuring 50+ pieces from more than 30 artists including 179, Adrien Miller, Remio, Cinik, Duel RIS and Elmo as well as others from around the world, the artists in AWNP were asked to use blank model water towers, box trucks and other various small art objects as miniature canvases to paint however they chose.

Seeing as AWNP opened directly in the middle of the holiday season, we transformed the gallery into a winter-themed wonderland to complement the shelves of colorful and vibrant toys sent in from around the country (and around the world). The opening reception brought a great turnout (and tons of red ‘sold’ stickers!) – (check out photos from the opening below!)

Even though the show is coming to an end, some remaining AWNP toys will be available online for a limited time at the AWNP Online Store.

A huge thanks to everyone who supported the show, and to the folks at TYOTOYS and Boundless Brooklyn for donating many of the blank toys used for the exhibit.

For any Seattle locals – be sure to stop by our brand new photo exhibit, A YEAR IN REVIEW, featuring original photographs from Ed Bronson and DⒶN, opening tomorrow 1/8/15 at Art Primo Seattle! (415 E. Pine St. / Seattle, WA 98122)
